The Operation team is led by the clinical manager. The team provides efficient study coordination and activities including but not limited to:
– Design of a study
– Ethic and regulatory submission
– Seek approval of all prospective study
– Clinical study coordination
Medical, Clinical & Laboratory
The medical, clinical and laboratory teams is led by a medical director and clinical manager. The team ensure the smooth running of research and carry out activities including;
– Medical screening and clinical procedure
– Study product administration
– Sample collection and processing
– Data collection
– Adverse event reporting
Recruitment
The recruitment team is led by the clinical manager and supported by the human resource manager. The recruitment team’s activities in class;
– Managing volunteer database
– Marketing and advertisement
– Point of contact for volunteers
Quality Assurance
The quality assurance team is led by the quality assurance committee which is needed by the quality assurance committee chair. The team ensures ACRF has a robust quality management system, which includes
– Standard operating procedure (SOP)
– Robust training process
– Interval of vendor audit schedule
– Quality improvement initiative
