Professor Abubakar Yaro Snr is a Molecular Virologist and Infectious Diseases Scientist. He is the Director-General of Africa Health Research Organization. He is also the Editor In Chief of Annals of Tropical Medicine & Public Health and other 25 journals published by the organiation. He is a product of Usman Dan Fodiyo University (Nigeria), AHRO Institute of Health Sciences & Research (Ghana), John Moore University (UK), University of Strathclyde (Scotland, UK) and University of Glasgow (Scotland, UK). His research interest is Viral Pathology. He has written several books and articles. He is an editorial board member of several international peer review journals.
