Dr Mahnaz Derakhshan MD PhD is trained as both a physician and an engineer. She is an alumnus
of Harvard Medical School, PGME, and the University of London, UK. Her
academic skills include medicine, supra-molecular chemistry, life science, clinical research, genetic epidemiology, biostatistics, medical decision-making, and grant writing. She is the CEO and co-founder of Conovita Technologies Inc, a research and innovation company. Her leading research interest is personalized medicine and applying basic and molecular sciences in clinical research. She has co-authored several publications in these fields. She is the Coordinator of the Clinical Research Program.
