Equality, diversity, privacy and dignity are the complex concepts that have an important influence on patients’ healthcare experiences and are core principles in professional healthcare and social practice. Human dignity applies to all people equally. All healthcare and social workers should understand how dignity, diversity, privacy, and equality interrelate, and how they can apply the above-mentioned principles in daily professional life
